My entire experience was 5 star. Angela was most gentle yet thorough cleaning my teeth. I am over 60 years of age so I am at the point of needing crowns due to normal tooth wear. Dr. Erwin recommended 2 teeth that were ready for crowns. I opted to crown the worst of the two, today. I have been very very tough to get numb, frequently needing multiple injections. However, Dr. Erwin skillfully provided the best oral block I have ever had. 1 Shot. Excellent technique, dosing, and painless! That's really impressive to me since I care for patients myself as an Anesthesiologist. Loren masterly assisted with the crown procedure had everything the Dr. needed, as needed and was attentive in her suctioning technique!, never did I have the feeling as though drowning. Thank you team! couldn't be more pleased with the care you all provided. 6/28/22 JG
