Friendly staff and clean office environment. I've seen Dr Huynh twice now, and both times I feel like he was thorough, attentive, and personable. He took time to fully answer any questions I had and explain my treatment plan to me. I recommend this office to anyone looking for dental care

I had such a wonderful experience at Mesa Valley Modern Dentistry. I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a while, so I was honestly really nervous walking in, especially knowing I probably needed a lot of dental work. Dr. Huynh immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my teeth, walked me through all of my treatment options, answered every question I had, and even cracked a few jokes along the way. His kindness and sense of humor made a situation I was dreading so much less intimidating.
I also want to give a huge thank you to Delaney at the front desk. She was incredibly patient and helpful when going over my treatment plan and financial options. She stayed late to answer all of my questions and make sure everything was scheduled, and I never once felt rushed. She truly went above and beyond.
Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable. If you’ve been putting off going to the dentist because you’re anxious like I was, I can’t recommend Mesa Valley Modern Dentistry enough. They made what I expected to be a stressful experience a really positive one, and I’m actually looking forward to getting my dental health back on track.

I didn’t even have an appointment here — I showed up by accident. A Waymo mix-up and a scheduling brain fog landed me at the wrong dentist on a 105°F day, completely flustered and unsure what to do next. What happened next genuinely stopped me in my tracks.
Instead of politely (and rightfully) turning me away, the woman at the front desk welcomed me like I was their patient. She offered me water, told me to sit and cool down, and said I was welcome to wait until my ride came back to take me to the right place. No eye rolls. No hesitation. Just pure, effortless kindness.
I never even sat in the dental chair — and yet I left more impressed than I have been by any business in recent memory. That front desk team member working at 1:50 PM on June 19th, 2026 deserves every recognition this office can give her. She is the gold standard of hospitality, and other businesses — dental or otherwise — should be taking notes.
They couldn’t fit me in today, but they’ve absolutely earned my business going forward. This is what a world-class experience looks like, and it started with simply treating a confused stranger with dignity and warmth. 10/10 — and I didn’t even get my teeth cleaned. 😄
